    Every now and then I sea an egg white omelet on the menu and I think to myself how much I would prefer an egg yellow omelet.

    Yeah. Egg yolks are a gift. We’re very lucky to have the creativity and intellect to make and enjoy wonderful flavors.

    The mulch pile is no more.

    To celebrate, I took my shovel to the end of the driveway and pumped it above my head and yelled like a Tusken sand person at my neighbors.

    I generally don’t like artificial flavors aping the real thing. Coconut is an exception.
