Just got a five-pound order of Hatch chili peppers that I forgot I pre-ordered in the winter. Just roasted a bunch on the BGE. Sweet heat!

Pulled a bunch of tomatoes off the vine, time for a massive salsa canning project.

Mrs. OPK (a/k/a "The Italian") makes wonderful sauce. We can tomatoes straight for future use, she does the sauce.

May have to offer that with the mashed potatoes in the fall shipping season.
