    Are you eating more chicken?

A few Sundays ago, one of the toddlers at church had the Chic-fil-a cow. Of course, she is being raised right - her parents are Duke fans.

It's your fate to respond. You can run, but you can't hide.

My last choir jokingly referred to her pieces as her "medicated" (the ones that were somewhat normal) and "unmedicated" (random key and time signature changes) pieces.
It is always interesting to work with a composer. I definitely need to find some workshops to attend in the area. I want to work on being better at two in hand.

When we went through an interesting change in our music dept at church, we actually had Mark Hayes fill in one week and direct us in a piece he wrote. Talk about intimidating! We are a small choir so I'm sure we were quite the challenge for him.

I'm no punster, but Yorick was the court jester when Hamlet was a boy, and the line is often misquoted.

It's also 'The lady doth protest too much, methinks' and it's one of the few instances of irony in Shakespeare. The woman is claiming how much she loves her husband to the point that noone believes her.

Do you mean "shellying" when you say ringing with 2 bells in hand? I can't do that at all.

Speaking of being better at ringing with 2 bells, I once realized part way into a performance of Canon in D that I had my 2 bells reversed. I had the melody at the time.

I can shelley ok - ring both at same time, but I need to work on the ring and knock method - ring one at a time. It just takes practice. I'm looking at ordering some duet music to work on. I like the challenge.
