E.g., furball: Unfortunately, my wife's terribly allergic to cats (sorry Ymo... and I LOVE pets). Check that house off the list.
E.g., office obstacle course: hiding the condition of the molding, walls, outlets, closet space.
E.g., exterior pressure washing: Hard to figure out the condition of the brick. We saw four houses with loads of bird stains on the vinyl/siding. If the deck is a feature, then why not wash out the mold? Why is the deck peeling?
I am beginning to see the value of stagers.
