Raining here. We've been getting a fair bit of rain here lately. I wonder if it's helping with the drought. The Charles seemed high a couple of days ago.

Sometimes I think too many people around here know that I'm a woman.

I could let things go, but mostly, I'm done being lectured to.

There are a TON of mansplainers here. (Mansplaining is the explanation of something by a man, typically to a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronizing.)...sorry. Couldn't help it.

You are not the first man to mansplain the meaning of mansplaining to me. The last time, it was a man who I know refers to both of his ex-wives as crazy rhymes with witches (he's now married to his third) who also refers to any female public figures who disagree with him politically as idiots or various kinds of animals. He explained to me how just using the term mansplaining was misandry at its worst.

In general, I'll let you refer to one ex as crazy. If you have multiple exes and they are all crazy, I won't necessarily say it to your face, but at that point I assume you are the problem.

Playing hookey this morning to watch USMNT friendly. I can get used to casual Friday mornings.

Nashville had two 100 degree days this year ... one in early June and one in late September.
