Kind of a meh day. Looking forward to a better, lighthearted tomorrow.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

101 degrees today, and our governor is trying to kill us. So, it’s been nice y’all.

Sprained my ankle two weeks ago. Been attempting to use my bike designed for commuting as a road bike for exercise in that time. Let's just say I miss running.

Lawn mowing window of opportunity today (80 and breezy) while Glass Man comes to replace three aging panes...gotta stay on top of the house issues.

    From a professional or friend?

I had my first a couple weeks ago (professional) - extra short.

The 105+ degree weather here has certainly impeded the growth of my grass. I may be able to skip this weekend. Or probably cut it this weekend and skip next weekend.

A hype person would certainly increase the post count.

Pleasant glass man comes and informs me that Measuring Man's figures were off on two of the three windows (one by 20 inches) so only one of three could be installed. Such is the state of math these days.

How in the *(%& could they be off by 20 inches - that's ridiculous.

as a one time banker (thank goodness for not too long) I am going to go with transposition error. It's been a verifiable clown show with this company since the order went in June 5.

The new math catches a lot of people unfortunately.

My dryer gave me an error a couple months ago. So, I ordered a $200 replacement motor. It has worked fine ever since.

My two best purchases of the last year were a robot vacuum and a bidet.
