Pleased to meet you, of course.

(If, err, when you come to a tailgate and/or bowl game this season, I'll tell you a story about those lyrics . I'll send a photo to you shortly.)

    It's that time of year!

The grass is dried to a crisp, the basil is crumbling in the heat, the narsty grubs have found the cukes and my seven green cue balls vaguely resemble something like a tomato.
A patient brought the husband a boatload of beautiful beets though...cold borscht for dinner tomorrow night.

Man, who doesn't love gardening?! Yay.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

I had to stop watering my tomatoes to convince the birds to go away. I've resumed watering.

That's a great offer. I might have to go raid Mr. McGregor's garden for several pounds of tomatoes and arrange a meeting place with you. Or, I can come over and just start opening bottles/cans from your special garage fridge .

Unfortunately, it's not that kind of "different oregano". It's unusual because it tastes really, really good freshly cut without having to dry it out.

My cilantro has just gone to seeds and stems. I guess it's coriander for the rest of the summer.
