This came up in that thread — I get why BMI isn’t great but EVERYONE still uses it in the primary medical community. It drives me nuts. How should I assess my weight? All I know is that if I were on the lower end of healthy BMI for my height (6’4”) id be wafer thin and unhealthy looking.
