Today's COVID test was much more invasive than the one I had several months ago.

Hah. Has your bladder aged at a different rate than the rest of you? Because that can definitely happen. Mine never reached adulthood for example and I still have the capacity of a little boy and still do a mean peepee dance.

Ummm, they may not sound right.

Well, I never recall capacity issues in my 20s and 30s. Started recognizing them in my 40s which doesn't bode well for later. I did also start drinking a lot more water in my early 40s so that is a significant part of it.

Ha, my bladder used to have the capacity of the Hindenburg...now, I drink two cups of coffee in the morning, go for my five mile walk, and invariably have to slip into the woods for my own peepee dance...it definitely comes with age. Other bodily systems seem to be hanging in there.

As for bostondevil's "sitting in one position for too long" observation...if I don't stop the car every four hours or so, I have to painfully unfold myself when I exit the car, like a bad cartoon character.

A dearly loved, and sadly now departed older friend once gave me some sage advice. "weezie," she intoned, "Always avoid forcing people listen to your organ recital. Just keep moving forward and try not to complain."

She was a tremendous lady, I miss her terribly but she always makes me smile when I think of that line.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

I would like to point out that by not sitting in one position for too long, I can still run 10k races, slowly, but I get 'em done.

Option 1: The posters all got drunk and wreaked the place
Option 2: Someone secretly wants the LTE to catch up
Option 3: Moderators all got drunk and locked the wrong thread (just kidding, moderators. Yours is a thankless task.)

I'll take your bet and you're gonna regret cause I'm the best that's ever been.
