I'm trying to figure out if I can do something with the soffits - just wasted space above the cabinets.

The soffits did not have to go, but they are a total waste of space. Would much rather have shelving, or taller cabinets like in my kitchen.

My friends in Baton Rouge have marked themselves safe although they are still under a tornado watch. They did not have to evacuate.

FB may ultimately prove to be the 7th level of hell (can we say hell?) but that "mark yourself safe" feature is wonderful.
