Thanks to a crossword puzzle this morning, I learned that "I'm on a Boat" was nominated for a Grammy in 2009. I don't know what to do with that information.

Definitely. Was at the WSOP earlier this month, although did not enter the Main. (Good fried did, made day 2).

Eating at a bar in the Rio, and Chris “Jesus” Ferguson and Jean-Robert Ballande sat down:

Mystified by how we ended up with an American flag that looks like we could recruit eight friends and walk it onto the field at Comerica Park at the beginning of a Tigers game.

The thing is huge! What the heck am I going to do with it? Found it squirrelled away in the back of a closet. Kind of sad to have it folded up but it's way too big for a regular flag pole. Guess I could offer it to the local hospital to fly?
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

Hang from a bridge or between two fire trucks with ladders to honor fallen law enforcement officers. (The metro area has lost too many officers in the last few years.)

    I worked with Chris Ferguson.

Yeah, I know not that Chris Ferguson. He disliked being called Jesus.

Looks like Ballande got his first bracelet this year.

Yup, got it the night after this dinner. They were on break from the tourney.

Scout troop to march in parades with? (My kid's cub scout pack marched with a rather large one. Loops sewn to the corners for parents to stabilize it, and the kids held on to edges.)

Re: WSOP Main Event FinaI Table I would not have predicted that outcome based on the play I saw when they were 5 handed.

Not sure I knew this thread existed. But it's fantastic. And I wanted to be a part of it.

So now I am, I guess.
