According to OPK, that’s my role.

Homeboy reached the 15th tee today at +1 on the day (and +1 for the two-day event, after shooting Even yesterday). He promptly hit his tee shot OB left. He then hit is re-tee OB right. He then hit his re-re-tee OB left. Ended up taking an 11 on the hole, and that was that for the day (and the prospect of qualifying for the national tourney for this particular event sponsor). Sometimes I hate golf. Beer never does this to me . . . . .

Sorry to read this story. I swear I didn't show him any of my old golf videos .

German Chocolate Cake comes to mind. As does a raspberry imperial stout.

Yes. I've seen it done; many times. But, I've never been in your kitchen either.

I've been known to jump the gun on these things a lot recently, but I'm fairly certain I will be renting out that aisle at Stella by next month.

Sorry for your son; an 11 per hole is about par for the course for me. I am a very dollar per stroke efficient golfer. 🤣

I had to look up jaboticaba. Apparently, it is a tree native to Brazil, Paraguay, Peru, and Bolivia that has a purplish black fruit with white pulp. Kind of like a grape. This is no "IPA," at least not like I have ever had. It pours a reddish-brown color, with a little pink on the edges. No head to speak of. The flavor is most like the Haw River Shaggy Blue Rug juniper-flavored Sahti. A really, really interesting beer. 6.6% ABV. It clears to Cat 3 for me, but some may not see it that way. Just don't be fooled by the IPA designation.
I’d try this in a heartbeat.

Aw, man. That sucks. I've never been a golfer but I've certainly had days/moments like that.

Or you could try different jerks with your beer. Oh wait, you tried that. Now you don't read those threads.

Might overtake this one as my favorite Tom T. Hall song:

Two videos not allowed so I had to edit out the I Like Beer video that Nrrrrvous posted.
