Not bad, but I'm partial to The Rockets' version, which pre-dates Tom Petty's by decades*, and IMO the arrangement from which the Heartbreakers borrow heavily.

With respect to Green, it's worth reading up on the incident in Munich, and hearing what Mick, and especially John, had to say about it in interviews. Pardon the word choice but it really seemed to be heartbreaking for them.
* The TP concert in the YT video was from 2006; I'm implicitly assuming TP & the HBs haven't been doing it since the mid 70s or something. Perhaps not a good assumption ... but I still like the Rockets' version better.
