Obviously, we are months away, but it is ever possible to obtain BB game tickets (in a legal manner)? If so, how?

For as little as $100 you can become an Iron Duke (donation to the athletics fund) and have access to tickets through their ticket exchange...donors who have season tickets turn theirs in and there are tickets available for just about every game. Obviously, the more you give, the higher you are on the food chain but if you're not picky about the game(s) you attend, you're almost assured of being able to access tickets for some game(s) along the way.
