    Highway robbery!

i just read no Elliot Willliams in the Jordan Classic this reminds me of the 2006 year when top ten player Paul Harris wasn't invited to the Mcdonalds Game. Does anybody have any info like maybe he declined the invitation? If not thats a low blow to Duke.

    Williams

Ranked #16 he should have been invited. MJ didn't leave off #20 a UNC commit, but apparently didn't invite #22 another UNC commit. Some of the players who got selected were a little odd, like two UCLA commits ranked #49 and #50. #5 Reik wasn't invited, but then again he is in prep school. #10 Vargas (Florida) was left out, as was #15 Jennings (Louisville), and #17 Kadji (Florida). Others that got the MJ phone call #36, #32, #26, #25.

Shoe issue? Maybe something with the limits on all star game participation?

Max All-Star games one can play in

is 2, so he may have opted for another game. It's happened before, where a guy turns down an offer to play in the Jordan Classic to play in a different game.

    All Star Limitations

Isn't there a big all star game in Ky? Maybe he wants one close to home or to play with some other regional players.

I'm pretty sure that the limit is at least three. I understand that Ed Davis, the UNC recruit is in three. However, I believe some states or high school associations have other restrictions on the number a player can attend. Though, with them coming after the season it seems it would be difficult to enforce.

Maybe he will start to see the jealousy of UNC alum and fans.
