Gosh darnitall!! I couldn't get into chat tonight. I am miffed!

I think I'll just sit over in that corner and sulk. I am also fanning myself quite agitatedly! (eh?!)
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

I definitely would have cast a very dim eye on this flabby attempt...

We've got 40 mph winds, snow, and freezing temps in LV today. You might be onto something.

My brother-in-law started a tradition of leading a walk in the Overland Park Arboretum at 10am on New Year's Day. The forecast is for a balmy 23 degrees for tomorrow's walk - with a wind chill of 16. It probably won't be our longest walk as the length of the walk depends on the weather and who all is on the walk. The ages run from toddlers to those in their 70s. We have walked in snow and in Tshirts - Kansas weather is always interesting.

    Happy New Year everyone!

Black-eyed peas, collards, London broil on the BGE and a cab from the bottom of the cellar.

May 2015 bring peace, health and prosperity to all!

It was in the mid to high 20s with little win for the walk today. Probably our smallest group in years but the new walker is a Duke fan so we had quality.

Is that the temperature or your prognostication on how many points the Ducks end up with this evening?

Minus 20 yesterday; only minus 6 this AM. It was comfortable on the mountain today, except for a bit of wind.

But your snow ski conditions are probably better than my water ski conditions.
