I've read Pennoyer v. Neff. I think someone made it up just to colossally confuse the heck out of 1Ls. I'm an OL and I thought I was perhaps reading War & Peace in another language.

Oh Yay Sue!!! Best of all luck!

In just a few short months. Ozzie will have someone to post his bail in Vegas!
And you will be our favorite LV Blue Devil as if you weren't already!

Huh? What? Do you know something I don't? I'm sure Sue would have posted my bail in Vegas any time in the last couple of years if I was there and needed her to... But in a few years she'll be able to defend me too, if that's her specialty.
    Ozzie, your paradigm of optimism!

But sometimes they don't make sense

    That's awesome.

Just back from the annual LUMC Youth Mission trip. We went to Gulf Shores, AL and worked with Family Promise, Habitat for Humanity, Mary's Place, and Manna House (in Pensacola). What a great week. I just have to say that LUMC youth ROCK!

    Well done DinK!

I, sad to admit, have been roasting on the Virginia coast, following a strict protocol of bloody marys mid-morning, followed by beers at lunch, cocktail hour and wine down around dinner time. Yet I do have to put up with House G txting me about how even the twin is taking the lowly Tiger to task which ups the wine consumption.

At least today is "Center Part Day" followed tomorrow by "Stick Your Head in the Ice Cooler Day" in honor of 4th of July. We a a hide bound traditional family.

So, wave to me as you ascend to a better place in the hereafter DinKster!

What are you, some kind of diet shaman or something? How do you get your vitamin C?
I would surely have scurvy but for the limes in the beer.

Weez - I'd be very careful about introducing different types of alcohol to the party...

    Liquor on beer, never fear.

    Beer on liquor, never sicker.

Basically, just don't drink liquor after any other alcohol?

    I learned it as:
    "Whiskey after beer, never fear.
    Beer after whiskey, very risky."
    "Quality is not an option!"
