Closing is in 48 hours. Have a tentative appointment with an electrician to come by this Saturday to look at some things I'd like taken care of, then set up a time for him to do said things. Next Saturday am hoping to paint, and, as Devildeac mentioned, moving in on 2/28. Wow, this is going to be a whirlwind month.

That is correct, but he has cat allergies and I don't think all the Woody Allen sammiches in NYC could get him to overcome that. Well, maybe that and some Benadryl...

Are you talking Carnegie AND Katz's food?

Mr. BostonDevil, I like that.

No big plans, he's not really that into his own birthday. I had to remind him this morning that it was, in fact, his birthday. We may take the kids out to dinner somewhere family friendly tonight. I didn't get him a bottle of scotch either because, well, quite frankly, he doesn't need any at the moment. I should get him a couple of cigars on the way home tonight though. (And I do have him an actual present already.)
