What's the over/under on getting to 8000 posts this weekend? I'd say it's a done deal.
This weekend? I think we can do it by Saturday 11:59pm CST

My midwest bias is showing - I should have made that 11:59 EST.

Okay, here's a question for those who are more computer literate than I: should it be uploading pictures to the computer rather than downloading? Which is technically more correct? I've heard both terms used.

My wife and I attended an aviation week set of flyovers in St. Louis, in the 90's. The stealths were supposed to fly over, but ue to weather, they were unable to do so. Instead we had a low flying B-52.

    Talk about LOUD!!

Impressive, but for another reason completely.

    This is the DB(ASKETBALL)R.

I whittled his lead from 40 to 3 and then he went on about a 14-0 run to stretch it out to a "safe" 17 point, err, post, lead again.

That should be accomplished REAL early this weekend. 8100 or 8200 might be a reasonable goal...

    I'm home now. Yay.

Had to work a WBB game tonight.

Now I'm chilling on the sofa again (recurring theme?). I'm bored.

Well, maybe not, considering about an hour between posts here...

MBB game dates or three-point shooting percentages?

No one wants to discuss Jan. 24 vs. Feb. 7?

I'll assume that there won't be any foul ups on the Laettner shot at the buzzer, right?

I know it takes time and MANY words in a post, but WHEN is the West Coast bracket coming out? There are SO many Ymm, Beer Tournament matches that need to be discussed.

Personally, Duke has lately played better in January than in February, so I like 1/24 more than I like 2/7.

Be careful... this semi-discussion might bump the whole thread to the EK Forum.

    Her photo almost looks Photoshopped.

But it was VERY real and VERY low, at least from what I could see on TV. I thought no more than 500 feet above the ground. I half expected Roswell, New Mexico aliens to start popping out of it. At which point our only hope would have been Jeff Goldblum to figure out how to attack the mother ship.

Or we could just sneeze on them until we figure out which bacteria/virus will kill them...
