I spent a semester of college in Glasgow. For the last week I was there, we did a roadtrip around the highlands, which was fun as I got to drive on the wrong side of the road in a manual transmission car with the gear shift on the wrong side.
When I flew home to Nebraska, the parents made the mistake of letting me drive - I just did what came naturally, and started driving on the left!
They didn't let me drive again for that trip...
(The weather transition was pretty drastic too, but there's nothing nice about going to Nebraska in December... I think the forecast is for a high of 15 degrees when I arrive next week. )
