And if I ever wrote an oddly comic novel that had French characters, I would definitely make one a retired military man and name his character “General Ennui.”

That Daria logo makes me instantly hear that off-kilter “La la la la-laaah.”

It's rather stunning to me that Daria was borne of Beavis and Butthead.

Yes, Beavis and Butthead begat Daria AND King of the Hill. Frankly, it’s a good argument for letting young talent age and mature.

Also, I’m just pleasantly but not totally surprised that there was a closet Daria contingent on the LTE.

Pretty sure everyone in an economy seat on an intercontinental flight ends up "woke", whether they want to be or not.

I did watch Office Space this weekend.

Gordon Lightfoot passed away. Not super familiar with his stuff but do know a few songs.

“Sundown” is an extremely underrated song. Sounds like a light breezy tune; it is not.

But my cousins and I changed the words so as not so light and breezy. Children of the 70s.

Just had the ceremonial Putting Away of the Snow Shovels. Deck furniture being moved outside. First lawnmowing scheduled for Saturday, very exciting.

Somehow, we still have morning temps in the 40s and afternoon highs in the 60s down here in Atlanta.
I can only assume that I will soon regret this mild lament when the temps inevitably puncture the 90s.

Yeah we got full on Spring in February and it stayed really warm for two full months. But it has been chilly the last couple of weeks.

We lucked out on our coastal month in NC (Feb into March) as the weather was ridiculously warm...most enjoyable.
