It is permissible, if the other people on the elevator are unc fans.

    Saw this today:

I have an Elton John pun.

    It's a little bit funny.

I've been to the racetrack in Saratoga.

Careful. Posting puns on DBR may leave you open to ridicule and flames like a candle in the wind.

So I had to text my 15 or so close friends from UNC congratulations after the game. We always do this. Only one was obnoxious and she immediately apologized and said she was about 8 drinks in and she was sorry. I have a strange friend group.

Here is a list of slang/euphemisms for farting in a crowded elevator:

    Gas Chamber
    Dutch Exit
    Elevator Bomber
    Smellevator
    Stink in a Box
    Bomb Voyage
    Float a Biscuit

And here is a list of slang/euphemisms for farting in an EMPTY elevator before people get on:

    Cincinnati Air Freshener
    Newt Gingrich (This. Is. Real)

This if very cool. They found Shackleton's ship perfectly preserved in the waters of Antarctica. No images in the article, but it's worth a few minutes to google them.

If you're interested in the story and want to see them, yeah. If not, reading my post took 2 seconds of your day.

The original article is in the NYT, therefore paywalled. I made the effort to find a non-paywalled source to share.

I made granola a few days ago and mistook the cumin for the cinnamon. Interesting batch. I don't hate it but won't make that mistake again.

    Interesting.

I always think cumin smells a bit like body odor. Am I the only one?

No. 100% agree. It is also the secret ingredient in my pintos. Salt, cumin, bay leaves, ham hock.

That's a problem, because I hear you're not one of those who can easily hide.
