The way I have heard him use that in the past would make it a simile.

Hey y'all! I wanted to take a minute to share an exciting new project of mine. My apologies for the shameless plug, but I'm opening a new natural smoothie bar and I was hoping y'all, being my (virtual) friends, would be willing to support the project and help it get off the ground.
Since this is meant to be a place where everyone can feel healthy, empowered, and encouraged, I'm calling it "Smoothies of the People."

On behalf of quite a few folks in this neck of the woods and people I care a lot about, I really hope the Dawgs get it done tonight.

The shovel doesn’t get enough credit as a groundbreaking invention.

Yeah. We pay money to Alabama, so I am pulling for them. But I like Georgia and Smart.
