My favorite sport is men's college basketball, followed by men's and women's tennis. Then probably baseball. But women's indoor volleyball is way up there. The volleyball final 4 is appointment television for me.

I was reading this article about a SUPER local mountain that I used to ski and love. It got frankenstein-ed by the jet set and all I could think of is that this sounds like a whole lot of Kendall Roy...

Happy 14th! I did not eat a PopTart to celebrate. Perhaps I should.

    I haven't had a PopTart in months...

I bet it has been 15-20 years for me. That pre-dates no carbs by 10ish years or so.

There are Pop-Tarts in our pantry as I write this. My daughter loves them. Come to think of it, it's just about lunch time...

I love Paula Poundstone. Her exchange with Michael Pollan on Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me is one of the funniest things ever. Head to this page, click the audio, and fast forward to about 2:45.

Tiny Pinder was a basketball player in the 70s for Norm Sloan. Duke fan sign: "Mrs Sloan loves Norm's Tiny Pinder".
