I'm watching BloodSport. Chong Li (and his pecs) holds up. The first 20 minutes do not. Ogre from Revenge of the Nerds does not either.

If I ever meet Forest Whitaker in a bar, I fully intend to be like, “sweet Oscar, but please can we discuss your scintillating supporting role in’Bloodsport’?”

He’d already been in some pretty good movies at that point, too. It’s funny seeing stunning actors (he was amazing as Idi Amin) play second fiddle back in the day to whatever Jean Claude is.

Greatest album cover of all time: N’Sync No Strings Attached. Has anyone ever been cooler?

I really should know more about this but there are degrees of tech-use in the Amish and Mennonite communities and some exclusions for things like doing business with the “English”.

All the Wal-Marts and grocery stores around here have horse parking.

Btw i love that Coolio apparently got really bent about Weird Al “ripping off” his song, given that Coolio ripped off Stevie Wonder:

I like my taco trucks with old ladies on the grill. The older the better.
