Yeah. I like to “go” somewhere for my workouts. Helps the mindset. I was having trouble getting motivated for the basement videos as easy as it was.

I am doing pushups and walking in the 90 degree heat after 1:30 of tennis tis morning. I like working out alone and I like to suffer. One thing I absolutely loved about boxing at my old gym was how solitary it was. It ia so fast paced and you are so busy that you feel alone even in a full class.

Except I actually prefer a good veggie one. Rice, beans, salsa, guac, and sour cream. And a load of Tabasco. Now I"m hungry.

Yes, I feel compelled to go outside, and I know it heartens my constituents to see me out and about, it buoys their spirits...

Exactly. The nation needed to see Bill stop mid-jog for some McDonalds, you know? It was the glue that held this nation together in the 90s.

Everyone stay calm but I just realized taco-cat spelled backwards is taco-cat.

I may have just found the grand unifying equation.

    Here's something I learned today...

Deep red, solid wood stain painted over chocolate brown will look like dirty pink. Even after three coats.

However, insert the dirty pink inside an Adirondack Green border - and voila: deep red!
