I tell ya, RVing is really a fun pastime if you can make it work, and even as Covid fears begin to wane, it’s really nice to be able to travel self-contained, especially if you’re a cook.
I share bundaberg’s question; where ya headed?
Santa Fe to pick up kid's girlfriend, couple places in Colorado to see friends, Moab, Zion, and Grand Canyon are on the current itinerary. That first one is the most important one, though.

If you're that close to Moab and Zion, hit Canyonlands, Arches and Bryce.
If you see GRRM in Santa Fe, tell him to finish the damn series already.

Santa Fe has incredible food and culture. I love New Mexico. Beautiful.
Have you been to the desert Southwest before? It really is mind-expanding the first time you see it.

I have been there. Looking forward to getting back. My son hasn't seen much west of the Miss, so it's part just seeing what can be seen. Well, that and the girlfriend.
I promise to be pleasingly adequate over the log haul.
Well played.
Real talk though. I vastly underestimated the potato. Then I went to Peru. Thousands of potato varietals. I had no idea. None. There was one potato in my life growing up. Russet.
