We have this Cuisinart panini grill that we never use to make paninis. However - I can heat the top and bottom plates to 500 degrees and simultaneously sear both sides of steak at once. That's been my approach for preserving sous vide's temperature perfection while still delivering a terrific grill/broil sensibility.

I missed out on those opportunities by going boneless turkey breast. Well the stock and soup ones. I'm not sure I'll have enough left over for turkey curry, but that is a holiday staple for me. I did have Kung Pao shrimp for lunch today to break up all the poultry.
