Hah hah. No! I don’t know what I would have done if I’d received one of those. I’m pretty naturally suspicious so I probably would have assumed someone was out to get me and moved!

Yes, Medway is number 49. I have now run a 5k (or longer) in 49 towns in Massachusetts. Only 302 to go!

I did not know that Rick Moranis stepped away from acting after his wife died. He's recently popped back up.

Yes, it does sound like it was successful. I haven't ridden a real bike in quite some time. Haven't been in a pool in a while either. But did both constantly when I was younger. Not sure what happened.

Crêpes for Le Tour. Brie and prosciutto. I’m not thinking my walk is gonna happen today.

Maybe a virtual walk in front of the screen?

Mentally, I’m going over 2 Cat 1’s and ending on top of an HC. I’ll be pooped.

Chocolate frosting and vanilla cake. I recall buying this in March/April when lotw of things were starting to run out in stores. I did like the beater and the knife I used to spread the frosting.

Kellog's Nutri-grain bar to supplement my oatmeal breakfast. Hmmm...

Here is what one website had to say about them, " Nutri-Grain bars are high in added sugar while containing only middling amounts of fiber and protein. Quite honestly, that's a terrible formula if you're looking for a healthy, nutritious bar.Sep 27, 2019"

Maybe I should have just stuck to the PopTarts?

Dang, so many typos in those other posts.

Yeah, those things are pretty sweet. I expect it from a PopTart, but not from something called Nutrigrain.

Been making homemade granola weekly since the pandemic hit. Probably one of the more cost effective DIY things I DM, they really mark up the fancy store bought granolas...huge premium given the consumer target.
