Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

    This is less than optimal.

Chipped two dead trees yesterday (not me, Austrian pines). Putting the results on a berm that was wildly overgrown, like a lot of the property, two years ago. Bout a cubic foot of mulch left to make a new garden bed in a bare spot under some trees.

Always stuff to do but slowly getting through my major spring projects. Next year I'm thinking about putting in some raised garden beds in some of the areas I've cleared out. Next year. Not this year. Maybe if I was more industrious...which I'm not.

Interesting, you have your own wood chipper...

I've been looking at property recently as I need more space, not living space, but a larger place to keep stuff. Okay, okay, cars. I need more space to store my cars. I may be in the market for a wood chipper myself...

The Carole Baskin of DBR. Or maybe he lives in Fargo.

One of these days, I'm going to subscribe to Netflix again. How many DVDs do they limit you to these days?

I am a huge fan of Dan Carlin’s Hardcore Histories. Long, but phenomenal.

I want to start a podcast with a couple of friends. The plan is to talk about 1 romcom and 1 heist movie per podcast. Our first initials are J, K, and L. We haven't yet come up with a name that keeps the letters in order, so far we are the Klepto Love Jockeys. Limited appeal, to be sure, but we don't really care. The point won't be for other people to listen, unless they want to. We just want to get together and talk about our love for these 2 kinds of films.
