Got 7 cubic yards of mulch dumped in my driveway yesterday. That'll keep me busy for a few days.

We usually do 5 or 6 but I've cleared some new areas and we have a few bare spots under trees that we're going to convert to beds this year, see how they look.

I don't know why but shoveling and dumping mulch is one of the yard chores I somewhat enjoy.

OK, limbs and sticks mostly in piles and under control.

Tomorrow might be the all time whoopie fun task of emptying the pantry, tossing the weird unmarked bags, washing the shelves and reorganizing the "keep" stuff!

At this rate I will soon be washing the roof with a toothbrush.

That task requires a toothbrush this size:

Why are piles so satisfying to the human psyche? Look, where once clutter, now PILE!!!

Don’t know, but haven’t gotten there.

When your sweat tastes of garlic, you've eaten too much.

So far, I have resisted saying I told you so. (Feel free to guess what about. I will not say here.)

It gives one a sense of accomplishing something without accomplishing anything. It works well for those who like to defer decisions.

If vampires are around, not enough garlic. If no vampires, enough garlic.

A question I've never seriously asked. Personal axiom: if a recipe calls for garlic, double (sometimes triple) it.

A big bag of garlic from Costco doesn't last long in my house.

    I'm in.

I'm refolding every tshirt on the house.

Next up eyeballing the basement for a changing room set up for husband when he returns from his medical office in the evenings. Maybe next to the wine stash down there.

I'm going to build my basketball goal I got at Christmas and do my part to simulate every NCAA game.
