Fingerprint recognition doesn't work well when you have a Band-Aid on your thumb...

A month ago, I was at an airport that used facial recognition when you boarded. Odd experience. You could “opt out” if you want — but what list does that put you on?!?

Hmmm, I wouldn't want to jeopardize my witness protection program persona.

You can add up to 5 different prints on an iPhone. I have multiple fingers entered for exactly these kinds of situations when one of them is unavailable.

Yes, I just switched to my other thumb. Maybe it is better that I am using my non-dominant hand. Share the load and all that.

It will help if you ever decide to pick up the guitar.

Keep it up, and pretty soon you'll be amphibious!

    👍👍👍👍*

*The message length requirement forced me to have at least 4 characters. I used all thumbs.**

You put your left thumb in,
You put your left thumb out,
You put your left thumb in
And you shake it all about.

Only if my parents had let me hold on to their glass with the old fashion in it...

Okay, childhood drinking jokes are off limits.

Why? When I was under age 5, I apparently found some apple cider that had been around a tad long - they still laugh at me. Of course, I'm the one that played beer drinking games in front of the parents when I was 14-15ish. I got my degenerate stage out of the way early.

Tomatoes starting to come in, tons of zucchini bud starting. Gonna be a bumper crop year, I can feel it.

OPK, I am once again seriously impressed. Our small patch is looking pitiful.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

We've had a great growing season so far, I wish I could claim credit but it's just nature taking its course.

I do have one pepper plant that is not doing as well as its two siblings. I hate to pull it and replace it, but I'm not sure letting it limp along is a good plan either. It's a living thing and I hate to just toss it.

(Of course, I yanked some weeds this morning before work so maybe my guilt is either misplaced or is too myopic -- take your pick)

I could not be more "checked out" than I am right now.

Actually, that is a lie. I will be tomorrow.
