    Hah.

Well, back home and chilling. Made it through a productive day without leaning on the horn during transit. All good, no need to post bail.
Nothing incites bodily violence quicker than a Duke fan turning in your direction and saying 'scoreboard.'

An anagram of “wan smile” is “wine slam”

(Also “lime swan,” if you are looking for something with which to pair it).

    You’re welcome.

To tie a bow on things, Todd Snider was on John Prine’s “Oh Boy!” label for a bit. They are kindred spirits and worked together (add Jason Isbell to that mix as well).

    Here is John and Todd:

I usually take a four day weekend this time of year as my version of a religious holiday to celebrate the sport of basketball. Circumstances have dictated otherwise this year, and it sucks!

It's on my bucket list to take the entire month of March off one of these years. I would divide my time between hoops and spring training. I have never been to a spring training game.

Thanks! It was the first day of spring, March 20. I am not a huge fan of birthdays as it was really my Mom's accomplishment and not mine. But here Iam 48 years later grumbling about it.

I was able to stop by a game last Friday while in AZ. Probably the 4th or 5th one I've been to. Having grown up in AZ(well high schol years there) I probably should have been to a few more.

Spring training is one of the few things ever to have been removed from my bucket list without it being properly experienced.
    Because Cobb County.

I think of it as a day to celebrate your parents for giving you the day - especially the moms.

That's an interesting take on it.

I'll try that on my son. It's his birthday tomorrow. He weighed 10.5 lbs at birth.

    He owes me.

    Big time.

It probably depends on why you are up at 2am. Just home from a fun evening out vs. insomnia. The first one wins everytime.
