Thank you. They worked - surgery started early, didn't see anything concerning (will probably wait for path report to be 100% certain on that), headed home in less than 4 hrs from start to finish, and now we wait for scheduling the next step (chemo & radiation).

Hoping "next step" is "all clear", surgery was a complete success!

Thank you. Unfortunately, chemo/radiation is the next step. The options were total removal of the bladder or partial removal with chemo/radiation. They went for the less invasive treatment. His goal is to ride his bike in the Kansas Senior Olympics - hopefully this fall but next fall for sure.
