I have started counting the "likes" when the young Turks are telling some anecdote. "And I was like 'Are you serious?' and she was like 'I wouldn't lie to you' so then we like had to go..." etc etc. I won't say anything, 'll just hold my hand up and start counting on my fingers. They love it when I do that...

Don't forget to count the "you know's" too! Great way of breaking someone of the bad habit of inserting verbal pauses when they speak, ya know!
