    If it's Thai Curry, then Thai Iced Tea is a pretty decadent accompaniment.

    I’m trying homemade pizza — I think someone on this thread recommended pizza crust after I ended up with a ton of baking flour and yeast from my bialy experiment.

    I typically go for some of the very fine flours like Caputo’s 00.

    This was King Arthur organic. Not sure where that rates on the flour quality scale.

    Came out fine, it rose to sorta like a pan pizza thickness but maybe not that thick. Like my crepes, more blobular than “round”
