Other than Goldfinger as the best, I disagree with much of that list. But it’s the first I found.
Wow, I'm with you on disagreeing with that list. I'll have to pull up a couple and see how they compare.

That might have been the Peter Principle in action...but when people would tell me what a cool job that must have been, having the big hot dog all around you, all I could think of was how crappy those vehicles are to drive. I can only assume
Winnebagos are more driver friendly than they were in the 1970s, because that thing was NOT fun to drive at all, some kind of Chrysler-Plymouth chassis that incorporated all the harrowing effects and shoddy quality of American cars during that ugly era. Almost killed me once with a stuck accelerator on a snow covered road.

I would have loved having John Madden as a driving companion, but I did have Harvey the Husky, a heroic companion in his own right.

If you find a better one please post it, the one I came across is shockingly bad IMO.

I think there is a yoooge timing issue with that kind of list...If you look at that Tomatometer for Casino Royale back in 1967 (or whatever), there were only forty-some reviews; Spectre in 2015 had an order of magnitude more, something in the 400+ range...furthermore, what one (or we) might think about a particular film 50 years ago might not jibe with our view today...

In other words, if all Bond films were assessed now, by current critics, we might well see a different standing.

I spent fall of Junior year in France. There were hole-in-floor toilets there. Not to mention the train pottys.

I apologize. When I wrote that it sounded (in my brain) much more tongue-in-cheek than it does looking back. I was not being nearly as serious as it looks.

Ha! I didn't take it seriously, although the subject of Bond can be very serious.

What time should we all arrive? Is your backyard big enough to hold us all and maintain the 6 foot distancing?

Cream cheese behaves better if you're truly deep frying, but cheddar tastes better in my opinion.

I prefer cake-like, but I'm fairly sure this thread has established that my taste is questionable.
