I did not think I’d start Tuesday with a Tori Amos pun.

A passionate weekend turned into long-term regret?

Well, I've been silent all these years. Why would I talk about it now?

My dog has these really human sounding farts and likes to come find me in the house and sit in front of me, stare and wag his stumpy tail, then let one rip and start wagging harder.

You've trained him well. I would think he would want an audience so he could cast blame elsewhere.

I subscribed to a meal delivery plan today. Well, a meal ingredient delivery plan. I came to the conclusion I just could not get enough vegetables and enough variety of vegetables on my own to help my lipid panel. I don't mind kale but what am I going to do with a whole bunch of kale? Plus they had a nice military/veteran discount via ID.me. I'll see how it goes.

Flying out to speak at a conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey. If you were to give me 500 destinations to choose from, this would finish in the bottom quartile. Next week I am speaking at Vanderbilt and that would finish in the upper quartile.

Wait, Atlantic City hasn't slipped beneath the waves yet?

Atlantis City, sort of catchy isn't it?

The NFIP is trying to reflect that risk but the politicians as always are getting in the way.

a work friend once reminded me that vegetables are what food eats. (I'm only relaying this important info).
