    No snow here in South Central Tejas. It is a bone chilling 55F right now. Poor kids are on Spring Break while it is overcast and misty/rainy. Maybe they will all go see Lego Batman?

    Since we're stuck inside today, I am considering making currant scones and then ricotta stuffed shells for dinner.

    Of course, once you get to a certain age, and have no teeth, you might need to switch back to smooth.
