Christmas BLT sandwiches for dinner (no-L). Wife cooked too much bacon, and wanted to know what to do with the leftover bacon. Silly woman. When I’m around, there is no such thing as leftover bacon.

I'd be happy to help with the excess bacon. Just sent it my way.

Good, isn't it? I hope hushpuppies were involved.

Unfortunately not. I'm having to make due at home so while maybe not the best pulled pork sandwich, it was certainly good enough for the situation. And the cole slaw added just just the right tanginess to the occasion.

    Sounds delicious.

I made burgers today. They were quite tasty, but some cole slaw would have made them even better.

We had a mild winter and I don't expect any more snowstorms but I do enjoy bundling up, lighting the grill, putting my beer in a snow drift, and watching the falling flakes melt as they hit the heat emitted by the grill.

So, I agree with the implied answer to your question.

It was mid-to-upper 80's here this weekend, certainly fired up the grill. (smoked two Boston butts a few weeks ago, so I have about 10 pounds of pulled pork in the freezer. Though it goes quicker than one may think.)

This is grilling season for some, others not so much...

Pulled pork tacos for lunch. Luckily it won't turn into a Bubba/shrimp situation.

Been watching some old Bob Ross episodes.

That guy likes his squirrels. Don’t remember those, just the happy little trees.

Fairly certain I've posted a Bob Ross photo or two in this thread.

Any tips for moving across the country? Looking like there is no good way to go about it.

Oh yeah? Why the Sun Bowl? Bob Ross go to Arizona State or something? Hard to imagine him at a college pool party.
