I am a true American mutt. I have both Irish and Lithuanian blood.

Irish Gaelic is one of the languages in the Celtic branch of the Indo-European language tree.
Other languages on the Indo-European language tree (where the Indo comes from India) include: Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, and Nepali, to name a few. To be fair, none of those languages are on the Celtic branch, but they are all Indo-European.
According to T-Bone, the resident linguistic expert, the modern language closest to what we know of Proto-Indo-European (the common linguistic ancestor of all Indo-European languages) is Lithuanian.
Note: Not all languages spoken in India are Indo-European. Examples of non Indo-European languages spoken in India: Malayalam and Tamil.

I don't really care about the commercials. It's the betting advise that they now use to constitute sports coverage that I hate. Plus sports gambling is a Trojan horse for eventual online casinos. That's the end game because there's not enough money from sports. An online casino is 24/7.
Yeah it's been going on at least a year with video ads. There's a sponsored spot on one of the podcasts (Old Man and the Three or Old Man and the Three Things) at least every week or two. And over course the betting lines are integrated "courtesy of." DK is trying to build an over the top sports channel so they have been hoovering up content and content creators.
