Caleb Foster was amazing and his points were unexpected. But my vote went to Ryan Young, who did everything in this game except score. Ryan spent 24 grueling minutes battling the big dudes for position, rebounding and making sure we ended possessions, playing excellent defense that he never gets credit for, and even finding a couple of open shooters, while not turning the ball over, committing only one personal foul, and talking constantly while leading his teammates. And he actually did sneak in a few points by drawing fouls and tossing in a couple layups. Plus, he did all that following what was probably his worst appearance as a Blue Devil against Arizona. Talk about a bounce-back game. Just a great effort from our co-captain.

Caleb was the spark for this win. Judging by his TV interview, he is not going to be fond of being the 6th man on this team. He's highly motivated to be a big dawg.
