Yikes, Louisville leading BC 35-7 with 3 minutes left in the 1st half
Carolina and Pitt tied at 14 in 2nd quarter.

Pitt needs some time practicing punk coverage.
Anyone want to hazard a guess at ACC tiers at this point?
Why are you wasting time here when you could be wasting it by listening to the latest episode of the DBR Podcast?
I feel so bad for that kid. Such a good story and in the end...the game is lost on a missed FG. That sucked.
This isn't a basketball game (and if it were the ACC refs would make 100% sure the Cheaters win - on the few days where Clemson basketball doesn't fold).
The FSU QB threw the ball very well when he didn't have pressure. When he was pressured at all he was not good at all. Clemson was clearly the better team but a missed FG and lucky bounce on a double fumble handed FSU huge swings in points.
Clemson's DC made a HUGE mistake at the end of the 2nd quarter by taking the last series and only rushing 3 guys...with time the FSU QB easily drove his team down the field. At one point in the second half, Clemson lined up with 3 D-Lineman on a 3rd and long and Dabo called timeout to get an explanation.
I'm pretty sure it's the OC and not Dabo. Huge mistake made in OT when there was a 3rd and 1 and they ran an RPO when what they should have done is hammer it north-south two times in a row. This one's on the play calling of the DC and the OC.
An old thing that Dabo crushed years ago. Losing to the #4 team in the country after out playing them for 4 quarters isn't what was meant by that term anyway.
The freaking fumble. First the QB didn't see the guy coming (how?) then the ball is picked up by a D-Lineman who in turn fumbles it...and it takes a perfect bounce to one of FSU's best athletes. That sucked.
Tough loss for Clemson because they outplayed FSU. The noles literally had 22 yards rushing on 20 carries.
I had great seats 50 yard line about 1/2 up the lower level. My left foot was literally on a metal piece that spanned two cement structures in the middle of the field. The crowd was great. Although it was a disappointing (and unnecessary) loss, I try to have the perspective that I got to watch a great game in a lit stadium and I got to see my daughter (sophomore at Clemson) before and after the game. That made it worth the trip right there!
While it would have been a storybook ending, the fact that he missed is far more on the coach than it is the kicker. It ain't that kid's fault that Dabo had only one dependable kicker on his team and called this guy back with barely any time to even practice.
Per the rules, the first time he had even kicked in pads was on game day.
Q "Why do you like Duke, you didn't even go there." A "Because my art school didn't have a basketball team."
From what I understand there was a pre-season injury to a kicker (torn ACL). Note, this is something I was told after the game at the tailgate but the student that told me a big Tiger football geek. I'm not blaming the kid. He had 1 week of practice. Came in, out kicked the starter and won the job. As you all know the started kept kicking the ball too low. I still feel bad for the kid because I might not blame him but I won't be shocked if he blames himself (as most would). Would have been such a great story if he hit that last kick.
