The fact that Nolan has been an integral part of the Payne disaster can't help either.
At least the current bar isn’t high for Nolan to look like he is improving things - although I’m not sure how much he has to work with…

Has anyone, Scottdude or anyone else, heard anything about whether Juwan Howard is back coaching at Michigan after his heart procedure during the summer? I saw that his son Jace is out for awhile with a stress fracture in his knee or leg or something, but nothing about Juwan himself. Season is about to start. Is he back at practice or still out?

Last I heard he was still out indefinitely… he didn’t participate at B1G media days. Nothing more concrete than that, at least that I’ve seen.

This article says he could be out till Christmas and will definitely miss the season opener:

I'm telling ya, this article is a must-read for any college basketball fan.
Paywall, I couldn't even open in an incognito widow. But thanks for the heads up, Jason!

Do they pinch their nose and go hard after Chris Beard?
