Is the side extra? If so, is it worth it?

How does any of this have anything to do with the horse race?

PPM's Stewball is the only race horse I know who would eat any of that.

Judge Chutkan denies defendant’s motions to dismiss based on immunity and constitutional grounds. We’ll see how quickly the D.C. Circuit can dispose of the inevitable appeal.

Amazing how exact threading the immunity needle is in this matter. Was Trump’s actions part of his political campaign, and not his presidential duties? A rather fine line, given the tremendous amount of time any sitting President spends running for reelection.

Wonder how a 6-3 Supreme Court would rule? This seems like 3D, or even 4D, chess. I’m too old to win a game this complex, and I’m young enough to be Biden’s or Trump’s son.

    .
A genuine attempt to combat election fraud and ensure the legitimacy of our elections is likely a reasonable part of POTUS’ duties.

Attempting to subvert the results of an election for personal gain is not.

There definitely is some grey area, but most of the time it’s pretty clear. It’s not part of POTUS’ job to run for re-election.

    Uh...
How is attempting to illegally reverse the results of a presidential election protected presidential behavior?
