I think that historically the "go" decisions wait until after the banquet. But the "stay" decisions can happen at any time.

The Duke social media team is second to none. I’d imagine they’re guiding the timing and production of these decisions, and we may see them staggered a bit (each with their own slickly produced video) so each guy gets his day in the spotlight.
