Good win. Proctor didn't score much but his defense was great. Lively was dominant defensively. Roach was great offensively. Mitchell and Flip played well even though they didn't score much. Whitehead shot amazing.

Started off with the catch and shoot. Finished with the Schutt and Catch. Awesome performance that we dominated start to finish. I hate that the DBR podcast guys spent all that time preparing such a detailed breakdown of everything ORU does because our defense caused them to throw it all out the window.

Roach was very deft in the lane and at the rim, Mr Whitehead was deft from 3pt land. Mr Lively was very deft at denying shots. And lots of other solid role-playing performances.

Defensive clinic tonight. Thought there was a period in the second half where we could have done a better job of closing out on their shooters, but you knew ORU was going to hit a few from deep.

Thought the rebounding in the first half was excellent, and the game plan basically rendered Vanover unplayable for them.

Roach carried us offensively, picking up where he left off last March. When he's attacking the rim at pace, he's hard to stop. And if his mid-range is hitting... it's fun to watch.

Hopefully Flip can shake off what was reported as nerves and settle in. I thought he did a good job down the stretch, so hopefully he can build on that.
