    Yes- that was strange.

Agreed. When Nowell passed to Massoud, Massoud should have immediately passed right back to Nowell but instead he dribbled and FAU defense knocked the ball and time expired.

But Nowell never should have passed the ball there- he could have gotten a shot off and you don’t want the other player having to make a pass there. To me that is all on Nowell…

Lots of fun to watch a meaningful game played at a high level when I had no real rooting interest.

Makes me wonder if I would enjoy the sport even more if I could let go of the dislike for the teams I root against (except Carolina, of course).

That's why I gave up personal brackets years ago. There are still teams I like or don't like, but almost every close game feels like this.

do you all realize that the 'little' team - FAU won with TWENTY TWO turnovers and a lesser percentage from the 3?? 22 turnovers ! unbelievable. truly shockin'. They killed on the glass - beat KSU (the big team) 44 to 22 on rebounds. wow

Agree 100%. The game was a joy to watch after seeing so much of the NCAA tournament turn into walk it up, poor-shooting, overly-physical hockey games. Loved FAU’s style of play and their guys not cracking against bigger power conference teams. And Nowell was so much fun to watch between his creative passing, deep 3s and NYC swag.
