The dunk was outlawed that year, and Walton went 21 out of 24 mostly on similar shots, using great footwork, masterful use of the backboard and just maybe a little bit more quickness than Ryan.

I would be surprised if there were any division 1 men who couldn't dunk... this includes walk-ons.
