    Yeah, I'm his #1 fan. He lent some gravitas to the otherwise silly TV show "Las Vegas".

    Pretty sure no one else remembers this, but "Will & Grace" makes a bizarre James Caan reference:



    So now every time I think James Caan, I think shorty robe.

    Yes. Scott also was in Varsity Blues. I know this because my daughter watched that movie 100 times.

    Had forgotten his time in "Bottle Rocket."

    I read a great article about how he mentored everyone in the film that launched the careers of Luke and Owen Wilson and Wes Anderson.
